That’s why Bosch have produced this Code of Practice for our approved network of garages.

The Bosch Car Service Code of Practice has been in place since 2003, when it was first approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) which now operates as the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI). The Bosch Car Service code of practice is one of the most long-established Consumer Codes and continues to provide enhanced protection for consumers in the vehicle servicing and repairs market.

This Code of Practice sets out in a clear way what you can expect from our network. Each and every one of our approved garages works within these guidelines.

Phenomenal service from the team at Autotest. Took my car in for clutch repairs and was told it would have to be sent elsewhere for the work. They gave me a loan car and explained everything fully without being patronising which as a woman on their own is reassuring as other garages can be difficult to deal with. This is the second time I’ve used Autotest and all of the people who work there are friendly and bend over backwards to help. The refurbishment of the office is also a bonus and is a nice place to have a coffee while waiting for MOTs or work to be done. Will always use these guys from now on!

Steve and Matt and the team at Autotest are professional and friendly, and they go out of their way to make your problems go away. They are busy because they deliver on their promises. They give great advice and very prompt service. I have dealt with many garages and mechanics in my life, and this team has outshone them all. Thank you for the great service with all our vehicles. Shelley was amazing right from the start. My oil warning light came on and she booked an appointment for me to bring the car in. Within 45 mins of my call, the problem was resolved. It certainly matters being a family run business and now I’ve found them, I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you so much for getting me out of trouble and on Saturday morning too.

Fantastic work at good prices. Easy to book and very accommodating in terms of collection. The team managed to diagnose a difficult issue, source a hard to find part and keep the cost to a minimum. Would 100% recommend.
